Default How to compensate for longer distance?

If the target is farther away, is the resonant frequency higher or lower?

Look at it this way: longer distance means more cycles are completed. Has the light bulb come on yet?

The air gap between the transmitter and receiver is a capacitor just like in a tuned circuit.

Changes at distance depend mainly: if TX and RX are between themselves in static or dynamic (in motion) relations.

If their relation are dynamic changeable then we face with so called Doppler effect, when frequency is changed (higher frequency more than lover frequency cause of distance of mowing expressed in wavelengths).
