Hi Sneshko.
This LRL is a modification of an older Greek lrl with name "Positron".
Geotron works near to 96 khz. I have not tried it out of my lab so i can't give you more info.
Vertical antenna is the transmitter antenna and the horizontal is the receiver antenna.
I give you other 3 photos.

Regards

I was curious this LRL is posted in the All-Electronic LRL's page, but it appears to have a swivel handle. What is it? What does it do?

I said "It appears to have a swivel handle." The photo show a hand underneath it like it is holding a handle. What does it have? Solid handle? That is the same thing as a swivel. What does it do?

Hi Mike (Mont)!
If you know the project "Positron", you should know that the handle is fixed and is used for GND.
Geotron the transceiver device that operates at 96 KHz, and Positrons the transceiver device that operates at 800 KHz.
Regards!

I've been trying for two days to get an answer to a simple question. What does it do? I guess that is too much to ask.

Look at the images in post #2. There's a small speaker on the PCB ... guess what it does.
Geo has already said that the handle is fixed, so there's no way it's going to align to any target(s). There's also another clue - Geo posted this in the "All Electronic LRLs" forum.
Comprende?

Q, you're a day late and a dollar short. I tried to watch the original video but it said I had to register so i didn't watch it. I'm not that up on electronics to know what a speaker looks like. I thought that was some magnetic coil. Usually the container has some holes for the sound to escape and I didn't see any. As for a solid handle, that doesn't mean you don't align it with the target and feel/sense the Lenz effect, but I guess you wouldn't know because you are blind to the truth aka ignorant.

Blimey!
Your electronics knowledge must be extremely limited.
Are you sure you were even looking at a circuit board?

Do you mean a French fry or an integrated circuit?

At least you can see the funny side.

Well, you need to "get over it" but I doubt that will ever happen. You really feel threatened when a guy with a sixth grade education. He has an open mind You have a hypnotized mind by a phony skeptic.

Now it's my turn to chuckle.
