Exclamation Sometimes gold is not gold.....

Yesterday i was for treasure hunting. I had locate a place before one week with my lrls so yesterday i went to dig and take it out. I had with me only the TDI.
But unfortunately what we found was a mortar machine gun, residues from the 2nd World War. So ..... Be careful.

Good advice Geo!

But manipulation you show to us is not really careful. Such things can sometimes explode by relative tender moving only.

Bravo Geo!
After a number of years of explosive crystallization.
Then more sensitive to friction and can explode on small impact with a shovel during excavation.
Caution!!!

Maybe you need to ask people in those region, if there was anti-aircraft defense installed and used in past (for exercises or in war).

I can just imagine the conversation:

"Wow! It's a really strong signal. Must a hoard."

Several minutes later ...
"OMG it's a bomb!"

"Geo ... come out from behind that bush and help me bury it again."
