Default Long Range Locator

There's a chapter in old 1981 Tab book - "How to build a lie detector, brainwave monitor and other secret parapsychological electronics projects, by mike wolverton. It has diagram, parts list , instructions, for electronic dowsing rod - frequency selective as per presetting with samples. The 567 tone decoder IC on plug in breadboard can be used at low frequencies and works better with an op amp input preamplifier stage. The hand held pointer antenna is connected to the circuit. I liked the the idea of the possible "signal lock mode", so that the output led bulb stays on and needs resetting after a find. The radio shack old guide books had that added circuit, as well as the LM567 specs sheets. A real "electronic" long range locator that works is needed. Possibly by using Ether directional physics and bio sensors? What do you think ? Sounds like someone ought to build one!

Hi.
Before long time i constructed one without any positive result.
I did n't tried with a "high input resistance" preamplifier between hands and LM567. If some time if i have free time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
