I mead this md is very good a coin size dia 2cm in aire 20cm with coils 35cm

No, it has one oscillator only and no mixer stage (BFO's should have two + mixer).
It is marked as TR, but has nothing to do with known TR/IB design.
Could be named as "floating Q" design.

Coil frequency is not critical you can build it per data given in CM 1000 schematic.

Main parts as front-end and divider are the same.

You can try with some other (audio) N-channel MOS FET like: BD512, IRFP240, IRF510, 2SK2221, IRF540, IRFP260, IRFP450, IRF840 ....
