Default One theory....

Hi all masters
One theory:
Because the non-polar ions attract each other if we can LRL rods with metal ions non-pregnant debut bars when we take in hand the emitted ions are moving.
Here there is the question:
1.How are the bars to be constantly pregnant?
2.Whether this method is practical?
3.Ion irradiated metals is negative or positive?
4.In this situation connecting rods to be better or not?

Regards
