Default Mineoro special serie 1990

Another special...
This Mineoro was purchased at the late '80's directly from Brazil.
The owner returned to Greece, with his new Long range detector, but at the upcoming years he didn't manage to find treasure or Gold ,using it.
So, after some years he gave the mineoro to an electronic technician, in order to fix it / upgrade it.
This is what left from the Mineoro, after the supposed "repair/upgrade" procedure...

Hi George,
yes, audio stage using the TIC106.
In general, this Mineoro is almost identical to the Special serie 2000.

Hello guys!
I'm sorry to interrupt your thoughts, but I think you can help me.
I already asked in another topic. Which ICs were used in the older models of these Alonso directional? I know that some came with an FM card and they used a TDA7000, it has the 555, TDA820, but there is another 14-pin I do not know the value of it and is here in this circuit, I believe they can help me, one to test.
This image below I am marking the IC that I want to identify and to know which they used in the old detectors of type VC86 of the Alonso, because in that image it does not have identification of this IQ.
Thank you for your attention.

Ok. This is an FM TDA7000, now I need to know about others.
You do not know who this drawing is, who was designing this project?
Thank you so far, my friend.

Okay. So far so good.
This 14-pin number 2 chip works on the circuit like an oscillator that is still unknown ..
I'll look at this link.
Thank you my friend!

Maybe Unknown 2 = CD4001 or CD4011 ,but pin 9 and 10 not used.

I'm grateful for the attention, but I'm still going to find out what that chip is.
