Question Basic MFD components

Hi to all.
I want to ask which exactly ICL8038 and LM386 must use?
I have found ICL8038CCPD and ICL8038CCJD,
and LM386N-4, LM386N-3, LM386N-1, LM386M-1.

I don't recall offhand... you can get a data sheet for the 8038 off the web.

Can anyone upload a diagram with parts side of MFD? I cant understand from foto.

i make the mfd and to "signal out" dont give me nothing to meter.
at "triangle out" give me 6,11Khz and 10,3Khz.
is correct or i have do something mistake?
