Lightbulb Enhanced MFD beased on DDS

Hi to all,

I'am working on the Carl's MFD project, and I need to improve this device with a DDS (Digital Direct Synthesis),

see diagram:

Thanks to share your experience on this subject.

Many thanks

At my MFD i use the TDA 2030 for more power.
The DDS that you show is OK.

Default Using TDA2030 14W HIFI Audio amplifier

Thanks ***Geo*** for sharing info, here your answer on the schematic.

Thanks to check here the Vs and V input, from your experience, to get those 2 values simultaneity do you use serial batteries?

I'm waiting feedback friends

Be careful the V+ of DDS !!!!!
I think that at your schematic the Vin is the power supply.

Default 5V ... 18V

Thanks Geo for following,

Here the DDS input required is 5V, and for Tda2030 I think better use 18V, this requir 2 different power supply values.

I'm ready to modify what you purpose,

I prefer to put a 7805 at 18V and connect the output to the DDS

Post with 7805

Here the update ***Geo***,

Many thanks my dear.

Connect 7805 to +18V, no to 9V.

Many thanks ***Geo***

Ok, I will use 12V rechargeable battery 1300MA.H, it's can be good?

So what's the minimum voltage that can maintain stable the TDA2030, cause I need to adjust the Zener diode.

from datasheet this chip request +-6V =>12V.

Zener, led and press switch are as battery indicator. So you don't need them.
General.... for the TDA2030 i prefer a voltage of 14...24V.
The choise is your.

Default adding transformer ferrite core

Hi friend,
Yes this is optional, but this device is very sensual, and at least it's preferable to have an indicator/idea of power.

With your council, witch "transformer with ferrite core" can I use?

Hi.
No ned for ferrite transformer.
A simple transformer with iron core is OK.
A 230v/ 12V-3A is ok.

Here the final schematic, many thanks dear ***Geo***

The 220v pole will be connected to bras earth, Geo? if we accept the input/output yield.

You must change the tranformer....
The 12V side must connected to TDA2030 and the 230V side to earth...

Yes friend, this is the input/output transformer yield, only I did not prefer to write 12v/220v to not mix with a converter.

Many thanks ***Geo***
