need block diagram

hi wm6 and j-p and other freinds
I want to send out waves of 0-20 kHz in telescopic antenna.The waves generated by the 8038.Please help me to send waves through the telescopic antenna.I need a block diagram that shows how to connect the antenna to the 8038.
