Default Bradshaw painting

After searching again I found the Bradshaw foundation has released a copy of a painting that I spoke about a year or more ago.

I definitely think it depicts divining water.

Anthropologists disagree. They are decorative tassels, found on other paintings.

However, the figures are definitely aliens. Aliens with tassels.
