this is possible to delete 555 ic from circuit
and put a frequency meter instead
to view incoming frequency and make it digital

About country where cant find the VLF transmitter we can build our transmitter but it is not power.

This is simple Model of transmitter can give you between 1 kHz to 300kHz
And have six range

ok thanks nicolas I realized for the frequency, but there's still a problem if you could explain to me, how do I mount components if the parts list is not segagnato the reference of the electronic card? example on the parts list and marked a wild resistance 12k without reference type or r2 r5 or 16 you know? and so difficult to understand where are the components, could you do me a list with the various references? thanks a hug heart

then I advice you to read all comments
for electrolyte capacitor is simple marked by + or Gng for transistor need see the data sheet to know the pin BCE and type NPN or PNP

not for charity, and all right, it's me that maybe I did not explain well.
List components: hypothesis: are marked resistance 12k - 22 k etc etc but not reported and the initials where they should be mounted on the PCB .... hypothesis: "12k r3 on pcb"
22k r14, - 1.2 r16 ok? I mean right?
alongside the values on the list components should be marked with the various places to be mounted on the PCB, so I can not be mounted because I do not know the exact position where to mount ..... thanks if you can help me on this ....
