Perhaps I've found that guy from Switzerland alias "Berner" !

Because his name is pretty similar and the job matches:
Walter BELLER, Millionaire from the constructing houses etc. industry!

Unfortunately he died with 71 in 2020, on the 19th of May
from heart-failure or such thing. 2003 he was ca. 54 years old.

His fortune was estimated around 70 Mio Euros - such persons
know how and want to exploit others for getting this filthy richdom!
Too bad that his "famous" (from yellow press) wife Irina threw his
money out of the window big style!

Perhaps sometimes I will ask the daughter of Reinhold Ostler if my
guessing was right or if this was someone else who cheated his father,
the same as ALL other LRL-tricksters are betraying their "believers".

I hope these hope-makers did a good job during the Corona-times when
many lost their jobs and money - and their victims found caches of gold!

btw. you can improve your LRL-circuits for detecting

Minimum Metal Mine
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minimum_metal_mine

if they are of any use at all !!

Just for your info - I guess I found out that this pseudo- or sudo name for Berner means that this construction-company-boss was/is from Bern, Switzerland. Because people like Ortler think that way and then use such town-names to mark their "enemies" in public, at least with their location.

So if you can find out which building-companies have been in Bern in 2005 and who owned them, you might come a little bit closer to solve this LRL-riddle. The other big hint still is radioactivity-detection including using ion-chamber-devices in all kind of "directions".

With a highly directional Geiger-Counter some can not just detect the plain radiation sources but with an inverse circuit also everything, which blocks this source incl. all around background-radiation!
