So,if you are rigth, this ARGUS is not UK,but Greek,i see all the film now

ICONOS,ARTEMIS,EVERENTIS,ARGUS,all of them maybe coming from the same LRL maker...

Snazzy looking stuff.

"If" this stuff worked, wouldn't there be photos of finds that were uncovered during development????

Even when we modify a detector, there is a period when we are "tweaking" it and finds are kept to use as a base line for improvement.

Am I to assume this is homemade, as it says "Rider" in the bottom left of the control panel?

so are homemade. about the same as this.(http://detectors.gr/detectors/)
The circuit is composed from a simple oscillator with 555 to 3 options frequencies and an amplifier with TDA2003

Hi rider
Did you test your detector yet?
It looks very well made.
Is it an electrostatic one?
Please put schematic for everybody to see.

It's a dowsing detector. It is better to use a generator to the ground and simple lrods!!!
This detector is scam!!!!

Hi Geo
I know the LDR can work as a dowsing divice and this applies to everything that can turn freely on an axis. All of them work on a dowsers hand.
Apart from that I am curious to know if there is an electrostatic cct in this LRL.
Otherwise they just named or characterised it "electrostatic detector" when there is nothing inside to prove it.
Do you have an idea?

Nothing about electrostatic.
There is a signal generator with a 555 and an audio amplifier.
The antennas rotated as every lrl and gives the signal to the audio amplifier via a magnetic switch.
It reminds me a Vertex.

All magic is in the megnetic switch then. This is what fools people.
You turn the antennas right or left and sudenly this switch opens giving sound to the speaker.

Well, does this laser work as a sensor or just as a deco accessory?

I i amazed by the evolution of "technology": How by just installing a small LCD screen and a windows XP (!) autostart program into a nice looking enclosure you can expect to win 9000 euros.
