It is not trick but a click.
If you tell your mind that may be could happen and then you go to the second stage that is trying to do it having no other thoughts but only waiting for results of what you are doing then you will see that it is just a matter of switching to the dowsing mode and nothing else.
Considering something like 'impossible to happen' then it will never happen.

Your arm muscles are thousands of times stronger than any L-rod response be it powerful transmitter or only L-rod. This is the subtle energies and the signal line to the target is very fragile. That's why they say do not control the rods. I've used a powerful transmitter where I could feel the signal line without using an L-rod. I hold my arms out and walk around the transmitter until I can feel I am lined up on the signal line to the target.
