Hi dear GEO.

What is the internal structure of the ion chamber?
Do we can use stylus ant Instead ion chamber?

Thanks for sharing the photos, very interesting the circuit of the FG90 we have never seen the inside of the FG90 before.. I see an optical detection system and a magnetic detection system.. I think the ion chamber has been replaced with an IR circuit I think it does the same job better I guess..the magnetic circuit is in many models the same as in this one..we have seen many times before the same things 2 in 1 systems from the manufacturer similar. the IR receiver circuit is interesting if you wish you can share it with me and tell you some details about the systems handling.

My device is defective and I do not have access to the manufacturer of the device. I just want to repair and calibrate my device. I would be grateful if anyone could help me.
The regulator ic was defective, and this problem was caused by the device's PCB, which had a short circuit. The 2646 transistor was defective and the LED inside the ion chamber is also defective. I did not open the inside of the ion chamber, but if I have to, I should open it. I don't know what kind of LED is inside the ion chamber. I have a problem with the frequency of the ion chamber. In practice, the ion chamber does not work. There is a frequency of 774 Hz at the head of R7, but then the resistance of this frequency is destroyed by the ohm of R7(1m ohm). I think the ion chamber frequency should not be 774 Hz. In the ORG pin, when the ion chamber is not connected, there is a voltage of 14.9 volts, but when I connect the ion chamber, this voltage decreases drastically.

Hello

Since there is no short circuit protection, all LED types of your device are burned out. In addition, it affected the magnetic receiver. First, make the magnetic receiver card independent. Remove the sensor IR RX leads and measure at the diode level (+-1800 will be seen). Then replace it with a new 555 one.

Thank's dear yusuf , Do you are from turkiş?
I already replaced IC 555 . But what type of receiver should I replace? 700 or 1000 nm? The infrared frequency of the transmitter of my device is 153 HZ with 7 volt. My ion chamber freq is 864 HZ .

First, plug an ordinary RX into your IR receiver. Does this inform the output of the RX circuit? Test it using a TV remote. I don't think there will be a problem with the general sensor. But there should be no minus at the output of the 1m drain you mentioned. and there should be no short circuits to other wires entering the overall sensor.

Don't worry about frequencies for now, focus on replacing all faulty parts.

Transistors connected directly to minus have a high risk of failure (legs C).

Hi everyone
Look at the photo.
Does anyone have the electric field amplifier circuit diagram?

I tested with LM 324, only one problem occurs. The device works, but when it starts working, the horn that confirms the balance does not sound. I think it is not LM 324.

I have already tested with a normal sub IR receiver, it is clear inside the photo. It senses the TV control from a distance of 40 cm.But this distance should be more than 40 cm.

Give me some time, I will draw the whole schematic of this device from the main circuit.

also i don't know ... lm324 how can be electric field detector and TX coil stimulator ..
if you reverse engineering this section ... then from circuit we can understand how it works .

lm324 included 4 op amp ... one of them need for TX oscillation.. 3 remain may be them electric filed amplifier and filter 50 HZ

It's not electric field detector , it's magnetometer , you found only the true here

i don't think FG90 is the best LRL , if you understand the LRL SECRETS, you can build better
