Yes but be carefull. Hight tention is very dangerous.
You must charge a capacitor via module. Capacitor keeps the electric charge for 25... 30 minutes. Also u must connect resistors for current protection. Again..... Be carefull

For the time no. If (and when...) i make it able to create Plasma then yes.
Plasma creation needs a big power laser and a big battery that are not convenient to a lrl. The cost also will run very hight, and will must not forget that lrls absically is a hobby not a job.
