Those to go with build, first need to know usable VLF transmitter frequencies
in your location. Do you know some (Army) VLF transmitter frequency at your
location, strong enough to be usable?

If there is not usable existing TX frequency, you need to build your own (portable)
transmitter.

Then what amount is for you "low price"?

Non circuit experience I'm just a mechanic , i just look someone to built it and see me as a member for the price and not as a customer that' s all my friend !

of old project are waiting here to be finished. So nothing real with me
on your GG soon. Why you don't ask your neighbor, Geo?
