Default More on the atmospheric electric potentail gradient

This site has a graph of the averaged values. Go to menu and click on Calculators then scroll down to "real time model of the ionospheric Electric fields" and click. Scroll down a ways and slide to the right for the graph. No matter where in the world you are just figure out your tme compared to GMT. Remember the atmosphere electric is the same all over the world at altitude. So whatever time it is in your area when it is 1900GMT that is the time of highest electric field and not the best locating conditions. geomag.colorado.edu Looks like you have to manually enter this address.
