Hills talks about what he calls "proticity". Where electricity uses electrons, proticity uses protons. He talks about the East-West flow as another type of polarity. He says it is more powerful than north-south polarity. As I recall he said it is not magnetic. Pretty sure he said this is what the ancient Egyptian dowsers used.
