Andy Flind's MFD Revisited

Hello forum members,

I found the schematic of Andy Flind Magnetic Field Detector in the internet. I heard that this is a good start for an lrl. However, the image is not clear and it lacks three (3)resistor values in 4066 section. Is anybody out there who has knowledge on the correct values of the resistors or a copy of the article where it is published? Any assistance is highly appreciated. My e-mail add is errel74@yahoo.com.
