Very strange video

I recently watched a video that shows an amazing teleportation portal based on Tesla's theories.
At first I thought this is probably a magic trick, but then I saw some parts of this apparatus that looked suspiciously similar to parts that I see in the Morgan pistol detector.
Could it be true?
