vlf transmitter for any reciver

I found this circuit from net .I think that is a powerful transmitter for vlf wave.
I think it is appropriate to gold gun 817 and other vlf reciver
But deleted values companenc

.Please help to find parts valuse.
Our discussion on this circuit. Whether it is appropriate for receptor vlf?
