As time goes by , more and more images disappear and are replaced with a little red x . You can complain about this to the administrator !! BUT NOTHING CAN BE DONE !! They were "Accidently Erased" when the Server Crashed a few times !!! Just appreciate what you have on Geotech right now !! You are not alone , a lot of photo's I have searched for have disappeared , they are gone . Like the photos of Custom made waterproof enclosures for the Minelab Explorer . The two-board Schematics of Tesoro Bandido by old forum member "SOG" , not Chemelec !!. Also the photo's of search coil "MANUFACTURING MACHINE'S" and many schematics..............................

Any images that were posted as forum attachments are still here. But some people post their images via links to other sites, including those free image servers, and I have no control over what happens to them. When the images are deleted from the remote site, they disappear from the forum.

If you look carefully at this Thread you will notice that all the posts with missing images are from people who are not registered. In this case they were not able to attach an image. Therefore the missing images must have been external to Geotech.

The page source for this page shows 5 images with urls like;
www.thunting.com/geotech/forum/tech/images/THsch.jpg

Those do not seem to exist on the site now.

OK, those particular images still exist. I may be able to restore them, but it will take some work.

Thank you, I found the corrected Schematic that i wanted in another Thread.
It would still be helpful to get the Contents of http://www.thunting.com/geotech/forum/tech/images/ restored,
because the Index at archive.org shows a lot of image files in there. Someone might need them.
Look at this List to see how much is missing : http://web.archive.org/web/200802101...m/tech/images/
(takes ages to load)
