Hi
There are 2 coils , regular Omega configuration.
The board if fake, has nothing to do here.
Where did you find the picture?
Fred.

Default Pistol detector DCH-85

Medium range based on two ferrites oscillator in equilibrium (red machine).

Two ferites one osc. or two ferites two osc. ?

Gold ring at 50-60 cm depth and was detected at 10-12 m. with this PD

Esteban ,
How does this machine?

Whether Infrared,search coil?
Two ferites serial or severally?

Please post block diagram.

Is not DC85, just the "form". This consist in an oscillator (search coil) and ferrite passive receiver, or instead the passive ferrite receiver a air coil as passive receiver.

Here inside. This use a BFO and the same coil of BFO for passive (long range). BFO just is for pinpointing the unburied object mixed in the sand. A switch disconnect the BFO but connect the BFO coil to the passive detector (long range). This BFO is extraordinary stable. This is the same that my avatar, except the color!

Regards

Esteban
