Rangertell Examiner
I had my Rangertell Examiner checked by 4 hi end electronics People.
All of them have over 25 years electronics and that is over 100 years. EVERY ONE SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT THIS UNIT AS CARL. i WAS TOLD IT WILL NEVER WORK. ALL ARE VERY GOOD IN ELECTRONICS ONE IS A Professor of Physic. VERY SMART PEOPLE......................... |

You mean it don't work?

What I suggest is you follow the test procedure I described that should indicate whether it responds to a gold target or other targets. If you use the Ranger Tell approved method of testing, you will be observing errors in the reading technique. But if you carefully run a few tests as I described, you should have a final result that tells you if the Ranger Tell responds to the targets or not. The entire test procedure should take less than an hour if you try using different frequencies for different targets, and spend a few minutes moving each target around in the path where the antenna is pointing. (Be sure to collect Carl's $25,000 if you find the Ranger Tell actually works). My Method of testing the Ranger Tell: 1. Take the pistol and digital voltmeter to a large field that has no nearby power lines or other interference. 2. Make sure the field is free of targets that the Ranger Tell could find. 3. set up the Ranger Tell and meter on a cardboard box or wooden bench without metal so it is pointing into the field with no targets around. 4. Connect the meter and enter your favorite numbers on the calculator. Observe the meter while standing away from it and not touching the apparatus. When you see a constant reading, then get a friend to place a target in front of the meter using the method in step 5. 5. Tie a gold ring to a fishing line and have a friend toss it out in front of where the antenna is pointing (15 feet distance from the antenna or more). make sure the person holding the line is far away from the Ranger Tell. Drag the ring back and forth to the side of where the antenna is pointing. If you have a fishing rod, try casting it out in the path where the Ranger Tell is pointing. Try moving the ring around like a fly fisherman would so it moves around a lot in front of where the Ranger tell is pointing. Watch for changes in the volt meter while the target moves around. Be careful that neither you or your friend move around much in the vicinity of the Ranger Tell apparatus when the target is being tested. 6. Try the same fishing line experiment with several other target materials like brass, steel, coins, silver, etc. 7. Take note of any voltage variations while you move these targets in front of the Ranger Tell. 8. If you are able to see a voltage that consistently follows the movement of a gold ring at more than 15 feet distance, immediately apply to win Carl's $25,000 prize and prove everyone wrong who says the Ranger Tell can't locate gold at more than 15 feet distance. You can use the meter connected to the Ranger Tell to indicate when you have correctly located Carl's hidden gold bar, and then cruise home with your $25,000! Best wishes, J_P |

You're the only one who might know if it works or not. If it works for you, use it. If not, discard it. The aim of my tests was to prove the unquestionable voltage variances in the examiner. You should replicate the measurments with no problems using an automatic model meter and corroborate this. I was clear: if the device can find gold all the time, is another debate and research. Although I had problems in several occasions, I was sucessful a couple of times. If you want any further instructions, PM me as I will not do it here anymore. Happy new year.

Hey Ozzy,
You can make an appointment with Jplayer's psichiatrist too. With only one difference. After your recovery, you might learn finally how to use a mutlimeter.

One thing for sure is that to use a multimeter properly you should not handle one probe in your hand and touching stuff with the other probe.Unless you are seeking fake readings...

It's always one of the 4 characters... Either Max, Jplayer, Ozzy and now Fred... Which one is you? Moe, Larry, Joe or Shemp? You really, really don't expect me to take you seriously, do you?

Alright...
Two have come already. Two are missing... Before I count to 3, the quartet will be complete. Do you wanna bet? PS. Ozzy, actually I'm here researching brownie recipes. January will be a hard time in the field... So I need energy. But please, don't reply this post. You already did once. Let the others now do it for you.

Are there only 4 stooges? Not a lot more?
If people who disagree with hung are stooges, then most of the people who studied electronics in this forum are stooges. Should we should believe that we are all stooges, and hung is the normal non-stooge who knows best about LRLs and how to use test equipment? I don't think it is nice to call people names. Here are a few examples of other people who disagreed with hung. Are they stooges too? from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/s...t=12097&page=3 Quote:
