Hi Sneshko.
This LRL is a modification of an older Greek lrl with name "Positron".
Geotron works near to 96 khz. I have not tried it out of my lab so i can't give you more info.
Vertical antenna is the transmitter antenna and the horizontal is the receiver antenna.
I give you other 3 photos.

I was curious this LRL is posted in the All-Electronic LRL's page, but it appears to have a swivel handle. What is it? What does it do?

I said "It appears to have a swivel handle." The photo show a hand underneath it like it is holding a handle. What does it have? Solid handle? That is the same thing as a swivel. What does it do?
