This circuit can be used to send signals up to 400 meters.The input signal is a square.This circuit has a frequency of 8 to 10 kHz 10 to 15 watts of power.I believe this circuit is very suitable for lrls.

I am afraid that the 100R at the gate of Mosfet is wrong...
It makes a voltage divider by 1200....
