give signal with a generator and see the frequency that receives your lrl...

I detected the phenomenon frequency. For iron, it travels between 68 khz and 69 khz.

About earthquake waves it is ULF ( 0.01 Hz to 10Hz )

How would I know that the frequency of the iron phenomenon is 68.4 , 68.7 khz?
