This circuit it is from a friend not from me!the pcb is the same with th circuit,you can test the lrl with ferrite or with loop and ferrite

What is situation for frequency shift Stability , in how many minutes have frequency shift of OSC ?

I do not know, I think it's stable! A lot of people who did it said they worked well
