Heathkit == Gold

I was tracking an eBay auction for an unbuilt Heathkit GD-1290 metal detector. It sold for $335.33. Apparently there is a fair number of collectors of unbuilt Heathkits, and they will pay top-dollar for one. Wow, wished I had stocked up on these before the local Heath store shut down.
