The fact that the US has no many borders and is geographically isolated probably helps making the situation you depicted-and the government to keep it like this.

About bombing here, at my country; well.... i know that because i was there. 78 days of bombing and i was 60 days under uniform, heavilly armed, waiting their land troops to cross our border. Pitty (or maybe luckilly) they never crosed our borders. I was ready to die, just wanted to kill as many of them as possible. But they never came. It was much less risky to bomb and stay away on secure distance, for them. Even than we managed somehow to "land" many of their aircrafts and among those 2 "invisible"'s !
So much from "invisibillity"!
At the end we lost. We lost much. And still most of usa citizens think we were the bad guys!
They crossed the ocean and attacked us, killed and destroyed us in our country in our land...and despite all of that at the end we turned to be very bad guys! Ahahhaha!

When i said usa citizens must rise and clean garbage in their own home, i ment just exactly that - to stand up against that journalist, for example. People arround the world are actually very simillar, no doubts in that.
