It's sample my friend need to calculate your frequency with the parallel capacitor
and make diameter 50 mm with core 0.35 mm
I cant told you what number of turns because that need calcul with LC
maybe L=> 820 milliHenry and 90> turns R => 6 Ohm
but not sure check by your self my friend
