You can be paid by paypal. Just register there and then buyers can pay you.
I use to work with pay pal from 2006 and let me said that is very secure, even when someone traid to steal your money, pay pay help you to solve those kind of problems.
For shipping you can use regular postal service.
By the way how much are you asking for this device?
