Have a nice weekend folks.
Hmmm... that's a good question. I wonder...
First, the Geotech website cannot donate anything because it is only a website which does not own anything to donate.
But we could look for evidence that the owner of the Geotech website (Carl Moreland) donated anything to JREF/Randi.
Let's do a little research to see what we can find...

I haven't found any evidence of cash donations, but something did turn up in the search for donations...
I see here where Randi says in his newsletter that Carl Moreland donated (on loan) some LRLs from his collection:
"Carl Moreland sells devices that actually work, and he has a tidy web site at http://www.geotech1.com/ dealing with real technology for locating metals and treasure in general.
He has sent the JREF, on loan, several popular "treasure locaters" that are simply dowsing rods in disguise.
Though I'd never had any doubt at all what they were, I wasn't about to hand out the hefty prices they commanded, just to be stuck with a piece of pseudotechnology.
Thanks to Carl, I've now been able to see for myself just how blatant the swindle is".
Read more here in the third news item down from the top: http://www.randi.org/jr/071103.html
It seems Carl donated the Lectra Search and X-60 model so Randi could see the surplus circuit boards they use which were never intended for any locating device.
Carl explains the X-60 model contains a junked circuit board left over from a 1979 production run from a guitar distortion pedal used to locate treasure.
Of course there is no power connected to this distortion pedal circuit board.

I wonder If Carl donated anything else to JREF/Randi...
Why yes, it appears he did....

Apparently Carl sent JREF/Randi a partially dismantled VR-800 along with his collection of LRL crap to Randi which we see in his article " WINDERS WHINES" here:
www.randi.org/jr/200511/112505psychich.html#i5

How do we know Randi has this Omnitron in his possession? We can read where he says:
"Incidentally, I’m tracing the circuit of the Omnitron unit shown last week. Here you see the innards removed. Those are gobs of glue that were supposed to hold the parts in place, but didn’t because there was no adherence between the plastic case and the glue. We’ll report…."
We can also see JREF/Randi took their own photos of the Omnitron which are different photos of the same parts we see on the Geotech website, and they posted their photos for their article "THE OMNITRON IS STILL WITH US".
See here: http://www.randi.org/jr/200511/111805setback.html#i9

From reading these articles at the JREF/Randi websites, It appears that Carl donated some of his time and his copyrights to allow Randi to quote his statements from Geotech, and emails he sent to JREF/Randi.
It appears you are correct that Carl donated some LRL crap on loan, and reports from his investigations, but I don't see any signs he donated any money.
Maybe Carl keeps his money for the $25,000 prize to pay to someone who demonstrates they can pass his randomized scientific test.

Best wishes,
