Nice design, congratulations, but wrong in concept, sorry.

Especially wrong in applied "brute force" on TX.
30W mean here applied brute force. Especially in VLF range where unpredictable near field behavior mean range of many kilometers.
And brute force produce to receiving part of your device cacophony mess of signals only.
Nothing useful apart from signal chaos. To get picture of this: put your headphone gain to max and you will see/hear something very alike in effect.

You need to go right contrary way - to apply as weak and clean signal as possible.

But first to study basic of antenna/coil radiations, to understand what will happen with different concepts in design:
