My new FrancoItaly LRL

The New year has started and I finished my new LRL. It is LRL whose author is a member of our FrancoItaly. - Do "Fantom" work? - Yes, this device works! - Is it possible to locate the "colored" metals buried in the ground? - I do not know! I still have not done the test polygon. It is now in Serbia winter and snow. In the spring I will make a test polygon so that I will bury "colored" metals in the ground and wait several months to form a "Phenomenon". In the midst of winter weekend in Serbia was spring time. Today, Sunday 11 January 2014 in Serbia was about 15 C. It's spring time I used to do a small Test polygon. In the muddy ground dug a hole deep 50 cm. In the hole I put the double folded sheet copper in 20 x 23 cm. size. Today, "Phantom" is not registered anything in this place where I buried the double folded sheet copper.
