DEAR i think you have too much light entering to your image sensor and this test is great due to the sharp field you got. but you need to rework the angel of the LEDs so you have to get some rings it looks like you did not use an inner reduction ring?

YOU can use an old negative film to block the visible light so your camera can't see in normal light conditions it will see only the infrared the filters can get from the net the 940nm that allows the only infrared spectrum pass to the camera

the dark side of negative that blocks the visible light and the LEDs must get a higher degree just tilt them more and alien them very very well

Some time there is some goals you have cupture it then you wont capture it like it gone what the prblem

I've noticed moving dirt that moved in front of your lens, but the image quality is better than before, try to readjust your LEDs until almost you hardly can see the ground so when you go furthermore your image will become brighter but the viewable point or the surface is passed, is making your focal point inside the surface of the ground, moving in a circular motion to capture.
