When the temperature is lower, it seems to take longer to lock on to a target. My logic says the element should resonate at a lower frequency because it moves slower. But on the opposite side of the coin, it seems a colder element is going to have a smaller electron orbit, which means a higher frequency. So do these cancel each other out or what? Here's a chance for all the genius' to shine. Come on, don't be shy.
