I think it's always the same:

As long as they have nothing to fear they make unbelievable long stories, they wanna have a huge amount of real existing money for their devices or services and tell everyone the most fantastic stuff

BUT

if there finally exists a real occasion or event to show how good their stuff works there is nothing left and of course they can't prove under such circumstances the slightest truth of their claims.

the more worthless all those fake-detectors are appearing.

Not as easy as someone without any experience or locating skills might assume. Figure just one topo quadrangle map the odds are easier to win the Powerball jackpot. And it pretty much proves my point that map dowsing is not as easy as swinging a pendulum over a map and marking an "X" or "O" and expecting to find a treasure there. Those guys on t-net who claim to be map dowsers could not find some gold in a photo maybe twenty feet across. Sam "Lobo" Wolfe said there are only a handful of real map dowsers. Obviously they don't use t-net. LOL Fenn said it might not be found for ten thousand years.

Put me within a mile of it and the odds are about fifteen-million to one. That's very doable.

I am certainly not saying I can hit it from a mile away, but maybe. Most likely it will require several places to set up the transmitter and could take a lot of time.
