hi to j-p ,wm6, and other freinds
I made a lrl With your help.I can find the remote gold.Signal generator output power is 10 watts.I have a problem with this detector.I ask you to help me fix this problem.
When I land in addition to the frequency of gold and gold reveals its rusty iron gray.Want to put filter lrl Will reveal that only gold.
Please help me to solve this problem:frown:
With respect

10 Watts is way too much. You will pollute world not only your receiver.

First you need to lower output power to 0.3W max.

You will not find solution. You will dig for gold and rusted iron or you will let this method. Personally i have let this method:angry:

hi geo
What you believe is the best frequency for gold?

Exact 5,000Hz?

Exact 5,000Hz?
ok

Exact 5,000Hz?

There are many frequences where the gold responces better but not the 5000Hz. At me a good frequency is near to 4810 Hz. Also near to 35 Hz is OK.

ok

Geo suggest 4810Hz.

No matter which frequency you use as gold frequency, it is hard to filter out such exact frequency without some sort of DSP.

But there is well known and simple method to do that. I am sure that you already use it in your MD practice.

In my country works very well with a frequency of 5 kHz.The gold makes clear:rolleyes:

What do you mean by dsp?
What do you propose to filter?

DSP= Digital Signal Processing.

If you can build simple oscillator (or signal generator) that oscillate on your selected frequency with controllable amplitude, you have solution.
