Different metals polarizes the transistor. 0.75 V - 0.9 mA. From magazine "Radio" - Moscow.
You can stick it in an apple and it will work too :D

Or a lemon also...
But I'll prefer Dr. Hung's head/brain as electrolite...
Of course, I don't expect much current in that case.... mostly pure water inside...

Esteban's earth battery is truly free power. Only a small amount, but still free.
When you make the same experiment using a lemon or potato, then you must spend money for the lemon and potato, no longer free. :nono:

I have a lemon tree in my garden.

The same occurs with metal buried for long time in the soil.

Hi,
it's free just if soil is yours! :D
Cause I think the generally speaking occasional "landlord" would not be positively impressed or understand Esteban's experiments and could also shot him in the back!
So... if you need to buy the soil....to make earth batteries... maybe it's not so worth...

So you will show a complete design/schematic of what's needed to detect the old time buried metal... I guess! :D
I have a lemon tree in my garden.
One can always put the electrodes in his "crown" jewels... :D
then get some current from there...
A'la extreme piercing...
Just that need big balls... for increased current... and I think guts is not enough in that case...
Kind regards,
Max

If you can obtain small ammount of energy –here near 1 mV– of carbon resistor (you need an OLD, and maybe damned, resistor in range of 05.-0.6 ohms, the diode is germanium), you can detect the small or great energy (deppend of size) from metal buried for long time.

You already know there is no problem in that matter :lol:
