Where did you see this picture?
It looks like three lads without a clue about metal detecting. Note how the coil is twisted in relation to the control box, and the coil cable is almost unwound. Not only that, the guy using the detector is wearing white trousers in a muddy field. I bet his mum was happy!
Either that, or it's an advert for washing powder. :lol:
Looking at the picture it makes me think of a reader´s digest story of an "incredible treasure found by 3 young men" :lol:
I guess the guy thought the coil was used for digging...

Maybe is a history... but with the mud for all parts, is better mantain far the detector... Also how collect the grass... :lol:
