I had my Rangertell Examiner checked by 4 hi end electronics People.
All of them have over 25 years electronics and that is over 100 years.
EVERY ONE SAID THE SAME THING ABOUT THIS UNIT AS CARL.
i WAS TOLD IT WILL NEVER WORK.
ALL ARE VERY GOOD IN ELECTRONICS ONE IS A Professor of Physic.
VERY SMART PEOPLE.........................

VERY SMART PEOPLE.........................:shocked:What you discovered is exactly what I would expect. But you could go back and ask some of these people to conduct tests on the Ranger Tell to complete the study.

What I suggest is you follow the test procedure I described that should indicate whether it responds to a gold target or other targets. If you use the Ranger Tell approved method of testing, you will be observing errors in the reading technique. But if you carefully run a few tests as I described, you should have a final result that tells you if the Ranger Tell responds to the targets or not. The entire test procedure should take less than an hour if you try using different frequencies for different targets, and spend a few minutes moving each target around in the path where the antenna is pointing. (Be sure to collect Carl's $25,000 if you find the Ranger Tell actually works).

My Method of testing the Ranger Tell:

1. Take the pistol and digital voltmeter to a large field that has no nearby power lines or other interference.
2. Make sure the field is free of targets that the Ranger Tell could find.
3. set up the Ranger Tell and meter on a cardboard box or wooden bench without metal so it is pointing into the field with no targets around.
4. Connect the meter and enter your favorite numbers on the calculator. Observe the meter while standing away from it and not touching the apparatus. When you see a constant reading, then get a friend to place a target in front of the meter using the method in step 5.
5. Tie a gold ring to a fishing line and have a friend toss it out in front of where the antenna is pointing (15 feet distance from the antenna or more). make sure the person holding the line is far away from the Ranger Tell. Drag the ring back and forth to the side of where the antenna is pointing. If you have a fishing rod, try casting it out in the path where the Ranger Tell is pointing. Try moving the ring around like a fly fisherman would so it moves around a lot in front of where the Ranger tell is pointing. Watch for changes in the volt meter while the target moves around. Be careful that neither you or your friend move around much in the vicinity of the Ranger Tell apparatus when the target is being tested.
6. Try the same fishing line experiment with several other target materials like brass, steel, coins, silver, etc.
7. Take note of any voltage variations while you move these targets in front of the Ranger Tell.
8. If you are able to see a voltage that consistently follows the movement of a gold ring at more than 15 feet distance, immediately apply to win Carl's $25,000 prize and prove everyone wrong who says the Ranger Tell can't locate gold at more than 15 feet distance. You can use the meter connected to the Ranger Tell to indicate when you have correctly located Carl's hidden gold bar, and then cruise home with your $25,000!

Best wishes,
J_P

Hi Clondike,

You're the only one who might know if it works or not. If it works for you, use it. If not, discard it.
The aim of my tests was to prove the unquestionable voltage variances in the examiner. You should replicate the measurments with no problems using an automatic model meter and corroborate this. I was clear: if the device can find gold all the time, is another debate and research. Although I had problems in several occasions, I was sucessful a couple of times.

If you want any further instructions, PM me as I will not do it here anymore.

Happy new year.

Hey Ozzy,
You can make an appointment with Jplayer's psichiatrist too.
With only one difference.
After your recovery, you might learn finally how to use a mutlimeter.

One thing for sure is that to use a multimeter properly you should not handle one probe in your hand and touching stuff with the other probe.Unless you are seeking fake readings...

He,he,he,he,he,he..Oh my... Incredible!
It's always one of the 4 characters...

Either Max, Jplayer, Ozzy and now Fred...

Which one is you?
Moe, Larry, Joe or Shemp?

You really, really don't expect me to take you seriously, do you?

No no no, please don´t! nothing related to the Examiner is serious, so please don´t, and spare me a long answer.
But be carefull holding those multimeter probes, can be dangerous :D

Hmmm... you do seem to be busy recently in the field finding marvelous treasures with your modified Ranger Tell Examiner - "with the extra diode".

It's just such a shame you don't have more time to sit in your armchair, and post more psudoscientific gobbledygook.

Alright...

Two have come already.
Two are missing...

Before I count to 3, the quartet will be complete.
Do you wanna bet?:lol::lol:

PS. Ozzy, actually I'm here researching brownie recipes. January will be a hard time in the field... So I need energy.
But please, don't reply this post. You already did once. Let the others now do it for you.;)

Are there only 4 stooges? Not a lot more?
If people who disagree with hung are stooges, then most of the people who studied electronics in this forum are stooges. Should we should believe that we are all stooges, and hung is the normal non-stooge who knows best about LRLs and how to use test equipment?

I don't think it is nice to call people names. Here are a few examples of other people who disagreed with hung. Are they stooges too?

I am sure Hung Knows. He knows everything about Mineoro.

...see what you have in , for me a piece of junk !!!!
Soon I will have a Mineoro in my hands (a mexicain friend who find nothing at all) and I promise you to shoot photos of every pieces of junk for the forum .... ....

hahhah sorrry but this is starting to sound like the fruit cakes who used to come into the jewelry shop i was employed at in Santa Fe NM and, wanted their yellow sapphires set when Jupiter was in a certian phase or constellation or some other wierd request.

You're in need of help Hung...
These are the thoughts of a dissipated mind. Hung, can't you see that it draws into question everything you have ever said on this forum, its validity and its sanity.

With the extra embellishment Hung provided, it all seemed plausible to me.
Goes to show, some just can't help themselves from blending the truth with fiction. All their expressions become totally unreliable.

Do not waste your time on LRLs. I myself have used different brands available in the market and also have heard many feedbacks and observations from those having used LRLs. A good devise is the one that all the people, pros and amatuers can work with it without any problem.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish!!

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=11225
Strujas, don't waste your time, effort and money on LRL's they are bogus. They are a ruse perpetrated by unscrupulous, immoral people whose only purpose is to part you from your hard earned money.

After so many discussions about ionic metal detection, began by a simple question, now I say:this toy is only a "lier detector" that exactly targets to Mr. mineoro and some other stupids that forgotten honesty!

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=11225&page=3
I asked you for a simple explanation of this gold ionic field that is being detected and you throw mumbo jumbo back at me. Sorry Hung, but it doesn't wash

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=12165&page=2
BTW look up STATIC in the dictionary, or any electrical reference book. My friend, people with a LOT more technical ability have explained how static fields behave thaan a bunch of conmen who claim LRL's work anad by what methods they do (?!?) work. Sorry FACT!!

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=11225&page=3
I have GREAT FUN, when I read all about LRL. A certain clever man, lived 500 years ago said that "Where have measuring there is a sciense. The rest of it is a fraud".

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=11225&page=3
DUR!!!!

Static electricity?? The point is that STATIC electricity CANNOT transport jack s**t it's STATIC!! The only thing you can measure is the strength or density of the field, and in no way can so called ionic detection work in this way...

See PLACEBO in the dictionary, also GULLIBLE, SCAM, RIP-OFF and MUG. In some cases check out RETARD too.

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=12144&page=2
I had chance to check and go on the field with very few of those: PDC210,FG78 and last week with FG80.....None of them is mine, but from people who comes to me to ask for some explanation cose they realised that they made mistake and waste money.....

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=12226&page=2
Well-Well-Well............... seems that you gentlemen are starting to get the same results that we did. Did not work on pure gold, alloyed gold, gold that was buried for several years and just about anything you can imagine. We did EXTENSIVE testing in all types of weather and at different times of the year. It really only took about one day to know that the units did not work. We tried and tried but to no avail.

from page: http://thunting.com/geotech/forums/showthread.php?t=12226&page=4
we searched all the hole by our MD, no metal, no metal,....
now we are in high hesitation to dig only based on FG80 results. maybe we need some special leadings, maybe it has problem in pinponting,... anyway we are going to loose our temper for this device as it behaves crazy many times ( continuous and meaningless beepings).
sometimes we have signal in 1-3 times horizontal movement then disappears whereas have it only in vertically movement!!!,.......

I have the automatic model with 999 upgrade
You pass the gold sheet in front, at 4 meters,1 meter, 20 cm and nothing.
Switch the light on ,off......nothing
